Albany, New York- The Lia Auto Group is proud to have contributed $5,000 towards the American Heart Association’s (AHA) annual Heart Walk. The AHA works to create a world free of heart disease and stroke - a world where everyone can achieve the best possible health - and it starts right here in the Capital Region.
The American Heart Association is a nonprofit organization in the United States that funds cardiovascular medical research, educates consumers on healthy living and fosters appropriate cardiac care in an effort to reduce disability and deaths caused by cardiovascular disease and stroke. They have grown to more than 33 million volunteers and supporters dedicated to improving heart health and reducing deaths from cardiovascular diseases and stroke.
This year, the Lia Auto Group is proud to have contributed $5,000 towards their annual Heart Walk that took place in June. The Heart Walk is the American Heart Association's premier event for raising funds to save lives from this country's No. 1 and No. 5 killers - heart disease and stroke.
