Toyota has started manufacturing and selling its first all-electric vehicle the all-new bZ4X with zero emissions and an electrifying drive. Toyota plans to expand its electric lineup to around 70 electrified models globally by 2025.

The Battery

Considering growing concerns with battery life and replacement, Toyota has made it their mission to retain 90% of battery life over 10 years of ownership. The bZ4X can run up to 250 miles on one charge.

Interior

The Toyota bZ4X incorporates a modern feel into the interior. Some of the available features include five USB ports, Qi wireless charging, a 12.3” digital dashboard, and a panoramic sunroof.

Charging Your bZ4X

The convenience of owning an EV means never having to stop at a gas station again. There are 3 levels of chargers available.

The Level 1 charger is for at-home use and is great for drivers with shorter commutes. It provides 120V and can be charged anywhere in the house with a traditional 3-pronged outlet.

Next, is the available Level 2 chargers, which use 240V of charge to provide quicker charging times for your bZ4X. For at-home use, these Level 2 chargers should be installed by a licensed electrician. Not only can these be used at home, but can also be found on the road at over 30,000 available charging stations nationwide.

Finally, the most powerful of the chargers is a Level 3, quick is the quickest way to charge your vehicle but is only currently available at public charging stations at this time.

Customers who lease or purchase a 2023 Toyota bZ4X will get up to one year of complimentary charging.*
