Guidelines For Dealership Safety
Based on the guidance of the latest science-based information we have implemented the following steps:
- Enhanced disinfecting and cleaning procedures of vehicles after each rental and test drive. Special attention will be given to seats, steering wheels, door handles, and other frequently contacted surfaces.
- Increased the frequency of cleaning in our most trafficked public areas such as lobbies, door handles, bathrooms, etc.
- Instructing employees who display COVID-19 systems or are sick to stay home and consult their healthcare providers.
- Increased the use of anti-bacterial hand sanitizers throughout all of our Lia locations.
- Staff members are required to wear masks at all times.
Our Service Process
At Lia we take your safety seriously with newly installed Sneeze-Guards and sanitizing your vehicle with our 2 step process at all Lia locations. Our 2-step process includes:
- Spraying your vehicle down with a CDC recommended process, wiping down all most common touchpoints with alcohol spray.
- Installation of Sneeze-Guards at all our customer stations.
