Joe Center: Director

As the Director of the agency, it is Joe's job to make sure everyone at the agency is focused on the most important thing; our customers! Servicing our customers is what sets us apart from other agencies. Many independent agents offer top carriers that our agency does, but not all of them put their customers first. We will always do what is right for our customers. A fun fact about Joe is that most days you will see him riding his motorcycle to work (even in the colder months!) In the warmer months he loves to go on camping trips.

Sean Wood: Sales Manager

Sean assists customers in finding and placing affordable, quality insurance to help them protect their hard-earned assets while providing peace of mind! He has 4 terrific daughters and his first job out of college was a short term contract with the “Washington Generals”!

Marie Park: Account & Customer Service Manager 

Marie is a jack of all trades when it comes to servicing customers here at our agency! On a daily basis she is assisting our customers in a number of ways including: 

• Assisting customers with insurance questions.
• Reviewing customer policies as needed.
• Developing relationships with existing customers and carrier underwriters. 

Fun Fact, most of Marie's neighbors drive horse and buggies! She also has 2 German Shepards, Jack and Zeus. 

Laurie Richardson: Insurance Agent 

Laurie is just one of the many agents on our team that can answer any questions our potential and current clients have! She also helps clients choose insurance policies that suit their needs and has a passion for educating people on insurance while saving them money. When she's not in the office you can find Laurie in the kitchen baking and trying new recipes!

Keith Smith: Account Manager

 Keith manages existing business and assisting customers with policy changes, renewals, billing and answer any questions or concerns that our customers may have. He comes from a big family and is one of six boys! Maci, the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, loves to snuggle with Keith at home.

Tim Murphy: Administrative Assistant

Tim is the first person you see when you walk in the door. You will always find him helping someone at the agency. He might be sorting mail, working on a report, answering the phones, or doing a Carco Inspection for a customer. In his free time, Tim enjoys hosting big board games nights with his friends and family.
