2019 is the first year which the Honda Sensing Suite is a standard feature on the Honda Pilot. Well, it isn't actually a single element. Rather, it is a set of safety features that includes Adaptive Cruise Control, a Lane Keeping Assist System, Road Departure Mitigation,  and Lane Departure Warning.  A Collision Mitigation Braking System with Forward Collision Warning is also included with Honda Sensing.
