Don't Miss The 2018 Albany Auto Show at The Times Union Center

It's that time of year again. The 2018 Albany Auto Show is right around the corner so be sure to mark your calendars. This is an annual three-day event held from November 2-4, 2018 at the Times Union Center in Albany, NY.

What to Expect at the 2018 Albany Auto Show

There will be over thirty manufacturers showing more than 150 different new cars, trucks, and SUVs, such as the all-new 2019 Nissan Altima and the 2019 Honda Pilot. Presented by The Eastern New York Coalition of Automotive Retailers, Inc (ENYCAR), the Albany Auto Show is the largest single display of new vehicles from Montreal and New York City. The Saratoga Auto Museum will also be having a classic car on display at the show all weekend long! This unique vehicle will be found on the first floor of the Atrium. It really is a great local event. Bring the whole family. In addition to all the vehicles, there will also be entertainment Caricatures by Mark and Mr. Twisty! To top it all off, kids under the age of 12 are FREE - as long as they are accompanied by an adult.

Where to Get Tickets for the Albany Auto Show

There are a couple different ways for you to purchase tickets the show. The recommended option is to go straight to the Times Union Center Box Office when the show is open and buy your tickets there. If you choose not to purchase your tickets at the Times Union Center box office, service fees may apply. If you choose to purchase your tickets to the Albany Auto Show online, you can do so at www.timesunioncenter-albany.com or at www.ticketmaster.com. Again, please note that services fees may apply when purchasing your tickets online.

Directions to the 2018 Albany Auto Show

From North of Albany

Take I-87 South (The Northway) to Exit 7. Merge onto NY-7 East toward Troy/Cohoes. Merge onto I-787 South toward Albany, follow this road approx. 7.5 miles. Take Exit 3B for Madison Ave/Port of Albany. Bear right at third light (McDonalds is on the Corner) onto South Pearl Street. The Times Union Center is on the left.

From South of Albany

Take I-87 North (NY State Thruway) to Exit 23. Merge onto I-787 North toward Downtown Albany/Rensselaer/Troy. Take Exit 4 for US-9 North/US-20 West. Then keep right to avoid the ramp back onto 787. Turn left onto Broadway at the light. Stay left and turn left immediately onto Broadway. Then turn right on Madison Ave Bear right at third light (McDonalds is on the Corner) onto South Pearl Street. The Center is on the left.

From West of Albany

Take I-90 East (NY State Thruway) to Exit 24 (Albany). Continue on I-90 East to I-787. Merge onto I-787 South toward Albany/Rensselaer. Take Exit 3B for Madison Ave/Port of Albany. Bear right at third light (McDonalds is on the Corner) onto South Pearl Street. The Center is on the left.

From South East Albany

Take I-90 West (Mass. Turnpike) to the Albany exit. Continue on I-90 West to I-787. Merge onto I-787 South toward Albany/Rensselaer. Take Exit 3B for Madison Ave/Port of Albany. Bear right at third light (McDonalds is on the Corner) onto South Pearl Street. The Center is on the left.

Where to Park

There is no charge for parking in the garage directly north (behind) of the Times Union Center. This parking garage can be accessed via Market St. or Beaver St. Show-goers can enter the show through one of two entrances on the concourse level of the Center, one located directly off of the parking garage (level 3) of the Center and the other located on the 2nd level of the Center, accessed by taking the elevator located next to the box office (1st floor) to the upper level.
